1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 92co ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 92co website located at https://92co.pro and all associated services, including cricket betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, account management, and payment processing.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active 92co account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same CNIC number, same device, same payment method, same IP address, or any combination thereof — are strictly prohibited. 92co uses automated systems to detect duplicate registrations. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed without notice and any funds within them may be confiscated.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your correct date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and an active email address. Any information subsequently found to be false, misleading, or inaccurate gives 92co the right to suspend or permanently close your account.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92co account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other service
• Enable two-factor authentication where available
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Log out from shared or public devices after each session
• Notify 92co support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

92co will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain reasonable security practices.

3.4 Account Currency

All 92co accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, and wager calculations are conducted in PKR. No currency conversion is applied within the platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

92co currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-native payment channels:

4.2 Minimum Deposit

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

4.4 Processing Times

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available on 92co are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions published alongside each offer. Where there is any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, all bonus funds credited to a 92co account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Casino bonus wagering typically counts at 100% for slots and at reduced percentages for table games and live casino.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

92co actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee bonus wagering completion regardless of game outcome, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting software errors or promotional miscalculations. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and any associated winnings voided, and the account may be permanently closed.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one active bonus may be held on a 92co account at any time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the status of that bonus — please check the terms of your active bonus before making an additional deposit.

6 Betting Rules and Sports Wagering

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

92co reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. This includes the right to set individual bet limits and account-level maximum win limits. All bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market and sufficient funds in your account at the time the bet is placed.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting on 92co — including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, ICC tournaments, and other listed events — is governed by the specific cricket rules published in the 92co sportsbook rules section. Key provisions include:

• Match result bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, PSL)
• In the event of a match being abandoned or no result declared, all match result bets will be voided and stakes returned
• Live in-play bets accepted after an event has commenced are settled on the final official result, not any interim position
• 92co is not liable for any bets placed based on incorrect or delayed odds caused by third-party data feed errors

6.3 Palpable Errors

Where odds are published due to a manifest error (including but not limited to obvious pricing mistakes, data feed errors, or system malfunctions), 92co reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes to players' accounts. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

7 Casino Games and Fairness

All casino games offered on the 92co platform — including live casino, slots, and fishing games such as Caishen Fishing and Phoenix Rises — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or live dealer mechanics for table games. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92co platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and possible legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age

• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

92co makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.

12 Suspension and Termination

92co reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete requested verification within the specified timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Receipt of a valid law enforcement or regulatory authority request
• Where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform

Upon account closure for reasons other than player-initiated self-exclusion, any legitimate balance remaining after the resolution of pending bets and compliance reviews will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, less any amounts owed to 92co or subject to investigation holds.

13 Amendments to Terms

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92co holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, account action, or payment, you must first contact 92co support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 92co will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 10 business days.

If you are not satisfied with 92co's resolution of a complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under 92co's international gaming license framework. 92co will provide full cooperation with any such adjudication process.
